We are seeking a highly-motivated individual to join our team as a Trainer. 

In this role, you will provide training to our Service Network in support of ensuring a standard of excellence when servicing our Members. 

What You Will Do

• Facilitate training programs to our contracted network of service providers and fleet who deliver our tow, battery, and light service support to our Members
• Research, plan, and develop new training programs that engage learners
• Liaise with the business leaders in the development and enhancement of training programs
• Understand our dispatching procedures and facilitate training programs for our new and existing Dispatchers
• Maintain the training records for all the sessions delivered
• Stay current on the automotive industry as well as training and development trends that will assist in enhancing our training programs
• Maintain our training trucks, perform circle-checks as needed
• Work closely with Fleet leadership in maintaining all the courses and support all initiatives

Who You Are

• Excellent communication and facilitation skills
• Post-Secondary Degree / Diploma, preferably in Adult Education or related field
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Minimum 3 years of experience in learning and development or adult education including hands-on training
• Experience within automotive or towing environment or an aptitude for automotive knowledge is preferred
• Ability to train in various settings such corporate office, outdoors, and contractors’ facilities
• Valid G drivers’ license
